Flickr Photo Sharing Site for OPPC is pretty interesting check it out

Well, not being one to spend a whole lot of time perusing the net, I thought hmmm is this really something I want to do. Have to tell you, it is pretty interesting. Is it something I want to do . . . well I don’t know but I’m always willing to give things a try. www.Flickr oakparkphotoclub

My advice, is that you make sure you read everything, and choose the options that fit your needs. From how much info you show about yourself to copyright, is all at your discretion. You need to specify what you want. If you want traditional copyright it is not the default option.

Read first, choose options then post. You will find quite a bit of talent and slide shows that will definitely impress. This is a fun site. You will find something to motivate, excite or interest you.

For those who don’t yet know. . . I will be taking a course on Monday nights. I will keep the newsletter as updated as I am given info to post. I will see you in about 10 weeks. I intend to post my own work monthly on Flickr as I have the (free) account.

Member Slide Presentation Whole Group Discussion

submitted by DCV

Don S. announced to the yahoo group recently “I’ve coordinated the member slide shows since November and it’s time for someone else to take on this role. (I will miss or arrive late to a bunch of meetings between now and the end of baseball season.) Anyone with Elements 2 and a laptop has the necessary equipment and I’ll share my experiences with the next coordinator and walk you through the process.

The slide show doesn’t take long to put together, under an hour, so… who’s game? “
